INGREDIENTS: • cocoa powder • sugar • salt • water • pure vanilla extract

STEP 1: In saucepan, whisk cocoa, sugar, and salt.

STEP 2: Whisk in water and heat over medium heat until boiling. 

STEP 3: Boil for 2-3 minutes, or until thickened slightly. Sauce will thicken as it cools.

STEP 4: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

STEP 5: Cool and store in refrigerator.

STEP 6: Store in a covered container in the fridge. It will keep for a few weeks in your fridge.
