GLUTEN-FREE PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS: • unsalted butter • buttermilk • large eggs • gluten-free certified oat flour • quinoa flour • granulated sugar •  baking powder • salt

STEP 1: Add the buttermilk and heat just until warmed through and no longer chilled. Do not heat until hot.

STEP 2: Then, whisk in the eggs slowly.

STEP 3: In a separate mixing bowl, stir together the flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

STEP 4: When that’s combined, whisk in the liquid mixture.

STEP 5: Drop ¼ cup batter onto the preheated griddle. Flip the pancake over once the bottom turns a golden brown.

STEP 6: Cook on the second side until that side turns a golden brown as well.

⭐️ ⭐️  PRO TIP ⭐️ ⭐️ Possible delicious add ins would be banana, chocolate chips, blueberry, or even grated apple.

⭐️ ⭐️  VARIATIONS: ⭐️ ⭐️ Try dark cocoa powder for extra chocolatey flavor, or a dash of espresso powder while it cooks for a hint of coffee and a deep chocolate taste.
