Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the glass of a blender and pulse until creamy and smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve. If desired, top with chopped nuts, a sprinkle of cinnamon, pumpkin seeds or whipped cream.
Notes
If you prefer your smoothie to be thinner, use ¾ cup milk.
If you prefer your smoothie to be thicker, use ½ cup Greek yogurt and ⅓ cup milk. This will be perfect for a smoothie bowl.
You can also use frozen bananas instead of fresh bananas.
