Breakfast sliders are a total game changer! Hearty and delicious, these sliders are perfect for game-day, for a take-along dish, or for brunch right at home.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with nonstick spray.
Use a long serrated knife to slice horizontally through all 12 rolls at once, keeping all the rolls attached. Make the bottom half slightly thicker than the top half. Place bottom half of rolls in prepared baking dish.
Lay the ham over the rolls, then spoon the eggs evenly over the ham.
Layer the pepper jack cheese over the eggs, and spread the shredded cheese over the sliced cheese.
Place the tops of the rolls over the cheese.
Combine the butter and maple syrup and brush over the rolls.
Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the rolls.
Cover the rolls with foil and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the tin foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove and serve.
Notes
If you can't find everything bagel seasoning, you can leave it off or add poppy seeds if you want.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days, freezing not recommended.
This is a great way to use leftover ham, but deli sliced ham is perfect too.
If desired, instead of scrambled eggs, use over easy fried eggs. They will firm up a bit more in the oven.
