There's nothing like a thick, creamy, and refreshing pineapple smoothie made from delicious tropical fruit, coconut milk, and a natural sweetener to bring you all the sunshine!
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges, if desired, before serving.

The pineapple juice makes it extra fruity but if you prefer, increase the coconut milk and reduce the juice.
For extra protein, substitute cottage cheese for the Greek yogurt.
Honey or pure maple syrup can be subbed in for agave.
