1stick butter, softened to room temperature(1/2 cup)
1tablespoonchopped chives
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspooncoarse ground black pepper

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients using an electric mixer, scraping down the sides as needed.
Store in the fridge, but soften for 1-2 hours before using to make it spreadable.
Notes
This butter should be treated as any other butter. Kept in the fridge until ready to use. Will also keep at room temperature, but if you find you are not using as often, it's better to keep it in the fridge.
