While the bacon and sausage cooks, wash and prepare all the fruit and make the pancakes.If desired/needed, keep bacon, sausage, and pancakes in a warm oven (175-200ºF) while you arrange the rest of the board and make the eggs.
In a mixing bowl, scramble eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Cook in a medium frying pan over medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until firm (or desired texture). Sprinkle cheese in in the last few minutes of cooking.
Add the sliced citrus fruit down the middle of the board in a decorative pattern. Add the syrup and the bowl of crushed candy canes.
Next, add the cinnamon rolls, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. Add the pan of scrambled eggs. Fill in any holes with grapes, pomegranate seeds, and cranberries.
