Bisquick
▢

milk
▢

large eggs

bananas

Maple syrup

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine bisquick, milk and eggs. Stir until combined.
Peel the bananas, cut in half, then slice each half into thin strips.
Dip the banana slices into the pancake batter.
Cook on a nonstick griddle or skillet for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove and let cool slightly. Top with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve with maple syrup for dipping :)
Notes
Leftover dippers can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, but they may get a little soggy because of the banana inside.
Reheat on the stovetop over low heat, or in the microwave until the center is warmed through.
