Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend for 1 minute. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

To Make Pancakes:

2 large egg
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
To Make Waffles
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick mix
1⅓ cups whole milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Recipe Notes:
If using right away, butter can be used in place of shortening. Store mix in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Butter flavored shortening can be used to add more flavor.
