BANANA FRITTERS

These easy banana fritters are made from scratch by coating bananas in a simple pancake batter. The result is a thick, fluffy, flavorful batter surrounding a banana center.

INGREDIENTS

canola oil bananas all-purpose flour baking powder salt sugar milk egg

Cut each banana into 3 sections and pierce the center of each banana with a popsicle stick.

In a medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar and mix to combine. Next, add the milk, egg, vanilla, and butter.
