BANANA BLUEBERRY BAKED OATMEAL

Say “hello” to your new favorite breakfast! Banana blueberry baked oatmeal is healthy, simple, filling, and sure to brighten any morning.

Baked oatmeal can be prepared the night before and refrigerated, meaning all you have to do is pop it in the oven in the morning!

INGREDIENTS

– blueberries – banana – old fashioned oats – ground cinnamon – baking powder –  kosher salt/salt

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Clean the blueberries and evenly cut banana in thin (1/4-inch) slices.

Place the blueberries and banana in an even layer on the bottom of the pan. If desired, reserve some for topping.

In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients. Sprinkle the dry mixture evenly on top of the blueberries and bananas.

In the same bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients on top. Gently spread it evenly on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top turns golden brown. While the oatmeal is baking. Mix together the confectioner sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
