NUTELLA STUFFED FRENCH TOAST WITH CHURRO COATING

Nutella stuffed French toast might just be the ultimate dessert for breakfast recipe!

Thick slices of brioche bread are filled with creamy Nutella, then dipped in egg and milk and cooked until golden brown. They’re finished with a dip in cinnamon sugar for a churro-like coating.

INGREDIENTS

– Brioche bread – Nutella – Eggs – Egg yolks – Half and half – Ground cinnamon

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, light brown sugar, salt, and ½ teaspoon of the cinnamon until fully combined, and set aside.

Use a paring knife to cut a slit lengthwise in the middle at the bottom of the slice of bread.

Fill a piping bag with Nutella and carefully pipe approximately 1 tablespoon of Nutella into each slice of bread.
