Apple Quinoa Pancakes

These apple quinoa pancakes are hearty, satisfying, and super healthy, with protein-packed quinoa and whole wheat flour.

They’re free of refined sugar, but full of cozy fall flavor thanks to tender apples, warm spices, and maple syrup!

INGREDIENTS

– cooked quinoa – whole wheat flour – baking powder – kosher salt  – ground cinnamon

Combine the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk until the eggs are beaten and incorporated into the rest of the liquid.
