INGREDIENTS

– unsalted butter – apples – white granulated sugar – ground cinnamon – ground nutmeg – salt

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and stir to combine.

Stir and cook for 5 minutes then reduce the heat to low-medium.
