Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray an 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Clean the blueberries and evenly cut banana in thin (1/4-inch) slices.
Place the blueberries and banana in an even layer on the bottom of the pan. If desired, reserve some for topping.
In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients. Sprinkle the dry mixture evenly on top of the blueberries and bananas.
In the same bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients on top. Gently spread it evenly on top. Do not mix because you want the fruit on the bottom of the pan to stay in place.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
While the oatmeal is baking. Mix together the confectioner sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over warm oatmeal and enjoy.
Notes
Baked oatmeal can be prepped the night before and stored in the refrigerator. Simply take it out of the fridge in the morning when you preheat the oven. So easy!
Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
To reheat, heat in microwave for 30-60 seconds or until heated through.
