The reason we love the flavor of cinnamon has a lot to do with its aroma. Not necessarily the flavor of it all on its own, which is why it’s usually mixed with something to neutralize it, whether it be sugar or another food ingredient.

In a small bowl or jar, stir together sugar and cinnamon until combined. Store in an airtight container.
