Instructions
Bake biscuits according to package directions.
Divide the sausage into two equal portions. Cook one portion in a skillet until browned and crumbled. If desired, set aside on a plate layered with paper towels to drain.
Form the other half of the sausage into patties; cook over medium heat in large skillet. Brown the ham in the same skillet. Place on a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
In a separate skillet, cook hash browns according to package directions.
Place gravy mix in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil. When cooked, add crumbled cooked sausage to the gravy and stir to combine.
Meanwhile, fry eggs sunny side up in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat with oil or butter, seasoned as desired with salt and pepper. Cover the skillet with a lid so steam can cook the whites on top (sunny side up).
To prepare the board: Use smaller cast iron skillets to hold gravy and hash browns. Place them at opposite corners of the board. Fill in biscuits around the gravy and eggs around the biscuits. From the opposite side, add meat: bacon at the top corner and then ham and then the sausage patties. Place a little container of grape jelly in between the biscuit and sausage, if desired.
If desired, use an additional small board for butter and fruit. Enjoy immediately!
