Homemade s’mores granola is loaded with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows, along with Golden Grahams cereal and oats for a hearty crunch! Make it in minutes for yourself or for gifting!
In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats and Golden grahams cereal.
Add the melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon and stir until the oats and cereal are evenly coated.
Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 22-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes. Then sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the granola and leave undisturbed to cool completely, at least 40 minutes.
Once the granola has cooled, stir with a spoon to break into pieces, then mix in the miniature marshmallows.
