About these two ingredient banana pancakes
Ripe banana is the star of the show for this dish, so make sure your banana is soft enough to mash easily.
If you have little helpers around the house, this recipe is great for involving kids in the cooking fun. Even young kiddos can mash a banana in a bowl, and they may be able to help you mix the eggs together with the bananas. Because you’re not adding dry ingredients, you don’t have to worry about a flour explosion in your kitchen.
While kids are sure to love these banana pancakes, this healthy recipe is not just for kids! Adults will appreciate the grain-free, real-food ingredients, and the added protein from the eggs.
If you’re looking for more low-carb pancakes, you might also want to try keto pancakes. If a gluten-free breakfast if what you’re after, try gluten-free sheet pan pancakes or gluten-free pancake mix.
And while 2 ingredient banana pancakes don’t call for any added sugar, that doesn’t mean you have to skip out on the dessert dish! See below for a few tasty variations, including chocolate banana pancakes. Flourless, without added sugar, and full of chocolate flavor? Yes, please!
Of course that doesn’t mean you can’t have a little fun with toppings! Try caramel sauce, strawberry sauce, or cinnamon whipped cream.
